Return Policy


Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 30 days return period for the product.  You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Customer Service or request online. CXRacing will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which return products must be received. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued.

Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to CXRacing. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. 

Original Shipping and Handling Fees of the product are NOT refundable, In all circumstances

CXRacing does NOT charge restocking fees for returns of defective products. If you have received the wrong product or it doesn't match what was shown on our site or we have made some other shipping error, there will be NO restocking fee and NO charge for a return label, provided the item is within its return policy period.

CXRacing will assess a 20% restocking fee against the customer's account for the items listed below:
  • Non-defective items that are returned opened and within the item's return policy period
  • Non-defective special orders or custom-built items within the return policy period
Returns received in any of the following conditions may be rejected
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, missing accessories, retail box, or showing obvious misuse not due to CXRacing error
  • Physical user damage

  • All Parts and services offered by CXRACING are for competition vehicles only. Use on State and Federal Highways may be a violation of the EPA Clean Air Act. The Clean Air Act can be found at http://www.epa.gov/air/caa/. This document contains in detail what are considered to be violations of the CAA and corresponding penalties for failure to obey and should be read in full before purchasing or installing this competition use only product. Ensuring that all emissions, noise/sound, and speed/use related laws are followed is the responsibility of the Buyer(s). Installation and use of this product indicates that this disclaimer has been read, acknowledged, and understood fully by both the Buyer(s) and Installer(s). The Buyer(s) assumes all associated risk of the purchase.

  • Federal and several state laws prohibit the removal, modification or rendering inoperative of any part that affects emissions or safety on motor vehicles used on public streets or highways. CXRacing assumes no liability for any violations arising out of any federal, state or provincial emissions or safety requirements on motor vehicles arising out of the customer’s modifications and/or use of CXRacing products. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine if their modified vehicle complies with applicable laws.
